Visit to West Point for Dadda's Reunion

Mamma, Dadda and I spend a great weekend visit with Dadda's old West Point friends and checking out the historic campus. What a beautiful site it was to see and honor to see many alumni in there military uniforms that had recently come back from Iraq or Afghanistan. I got to watch Dadda and the other old grads march onto the parade field along with the Corp of Cadets marching on the parade field welcoming them back to the hallowed grounds of which many of our fore fathers have stepped that have gave their precious lives to protect this great land and freedom that makes this country so special. After the cadets passed and reveiwed, the black knight parachute team jumped in. What an awesome site. We then went up to 49ers lounge to have food and drinks and spend a little to relaxing and catching up and the pasted years. Friends and family are what ground us to this earth. Without them we are just feathers in the wind with no real place to land.

Wittwer fantastic vacation

Our awesome trip to Virginia to visit with Dadda's West Point roommate and his wonderful family.

We had a great trip down to Virginia visiting Nick, Claire, Nico and Bella. They have a wonderful home and Mrs. Claire is an amazing cook. Mamma and Dadda both said they gained 5 lbs over several days from the wonderful food. The best was some homemade bread that we could not stop eating. We even took a whole loaf home even though we were only suppose to take half. They have an adventurous pool area with all sorts of cool stuff to play with. It was a just a blast. We hope to visit them again soon.
